We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy commercial vehicle workshop and bodyshop. Duties:
* Manage workshop workflow, ensuring efficient scheduling and operating procedures
* Oversee the quality of repairs and maintenance work performed
* Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Technicians to meet and exceed productivity targets
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
* Maintain high standards of workshop organisation, safety, and vehicle safety standards as part of the Commercial Workshop Manager responsibilities
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of commercial vehicle repair and maintenance
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, ATA, or IRTEC (desirable)
* Bodyshop experience is preferred but not essential for the Commercial Workshop Manager position
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Strong organisational, communication, and time-management abilities
* Commitment to delivering high standards in repair quality and customer service
