Main Objective: You’ll drive the efficient operation of our hire fleet workshop by coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing stock, and ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time. With your expertise in motorcycle components and knack for organisation, you’ll maximise productivity while keeping our SLA promises firmly on track. Your Mission: Coordinate workshop activity by booking bikes in, creating jobs, and assigning priorities based on SLAs. Order and manage parts—ensuring inventory levels match demand and prevent delays. Collaborate closely with workshop technicians, providing parts packs, kits, and “waiter service” support. Monitor suppliers and stock costs, identifying opportunities to cut lead times and boost efficiency. Contribute to our green parts initiative—help us build a more sustainable ride. Key Responsibilities: Use our fleet management and stock control systems to schedule jobs and sign off maintenance tasks. Keep parts records squeaky clean: receipt, log, adjust and audit as needed. Liaise with suppliers via phone/email to fulfil daily stock needs. Spot and solve issues with damaged goods, discrepancies, or waste materials. Back up coordination across the production team as needed—be versatile and proactive! We're Looking For Someone Who: Knows motorcycle parts like the back of their glove. Is IT-savvy—comfortable with databases, Microsoft Office, and digital processes. Communicates clearly and professionally, whether on the phone or via email. Brings a “can-do” attitude and thrives under pressure. Can prioritise tasks with military-like precision in a busy team environment. Experience Needed: Demonstrable experience in parts requisition or workshop support roles. Strong administration and coordination skills. Previous work in fleet, repair, or logistics environments is a plus.
