With exciting NPD in the pipeline and ambitious growth plans, including the launch of a foodservice dedicated brand, they are entering an exciting phase of expansion. To support this next stage, they are looking for a talented National Account Manager to join their dynamic, entrepreneurial team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, hands on National Account Manager to make a real impact in a fast growing business. The role will focus on managing and developing existing accounts while driving new business opportunities across the Foodservice sector, including wholesale, contract catering, education, healthcare and travel and leisure.
Reporting to the Head of Foodservice, you will take full ownership of your account base, developing and executing commercial plans, driving profitable growth and helping to shape the overall Foodservice strategy.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop regional and national Foodservice accounts, strengthening relationships and delivering growth
* Work with the leadership team to develop and execute brand and channel strategies
* Increase distribution and visibility of the branded portfolio across your customer base
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving listings and category growth
* Negotiate trading terms, pricing, JBPs and promotional plans to deliver profitable outcomes
* Provide robust commercial and performance analysis to support business decisions
* Collaborate cross functionally to ensure effective forecasting, communication and supply chain alignment
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong understanding of the Foodservice industry and its key sectors
* Proven experience in managing and growing national or regional accounts
* A commercial mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Experience working with ambient or frozen food products (bakery experience a plus)
* A proactive, can do attitude and a passion for identifying growth opportunities
* Excellent presentation, time management and relationship building skills
* Willingness to travel UK wide as part of a hands on, collaborative team
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus, company car and benefits
Location: Home/Field Based (UK wide travel with one day per week at Head Office in the West Midlands)
