What You'll Do:
In this exciting role, you will:
* Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
* Provide technical support over the phone to assist customers with our products.
* Respond promptly to inquiries received via our internal web chat function.
* Deliver an exceptional level of customer service that reflects our commitment to quality.
* Initiate sales conversations with potential customers through phone and email outreach.
* Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend relevant products.
* Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
* Collaborate on group projects to promote our innovative products.
* Contribute to achieving team sales targets while maintaining a customer database.
