About the Role You’ll be supporting adults with complex neurological and physical health needs, including individuals who may be non-verbal or living with acquired brain injury. This role requires a high level of clinical awareness, confidence and professionalism in delivering care such as: Tracheostomy care PEG feeding and enteral nutrition Ventilation management Oral suctioning Nebuliser administration Medication support Bowel management You will work closely with our Complex Care Lead Nurse and wider clinical team to ensure safe, effective and personalised care delivery. Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant within complex care Relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above preferred) Diploma in a relevant health or social subject (desirable) Commitment to delivering client-specific care Full UK driving licence and access to a car Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
