Responsibilities
Planning and implementing enjoyable activities for residents, including supporting the Home Manager with fundraising events. Enhancing residents' confidence to socialise, developing activity ideas based on residents' hobbies, and engaging the care home team. Recognising and responding to safeguarding concerns, attending safeguarding training, and reporting any issues.
Managing time effectively, using IT and organisational skills, and communicating with residents and co-workers in a considerate and kind manner.
Qualifications
Background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. Strong planning, organisational and IT skills with effective time‑management. Positive energy and natural interpersonal skills.
