What youll be doing:
Processing supplier invoices with accuracy and care
Handling supplier and employee queries efficiently
Reconciling supplier statements
Preparing weekly payment runs
Managing employee expenses
Supporting ongoing improvements to financial processes
Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance ways of working
Pitching in with additional finance tasks as needed
What were looking for:
Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk
Solid understanding of VAT
Strong IT skills, including Excel; experience with SAP Business One is a bonus
Excellent attention to detail and superb organisational skills
A proactive, positive, self-starter attitude
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing deadlines
Clear, confident communication skills
