Candidates must be flexible to work any night of the week inclusive of some weekends on a rota basis between the hours of 9pm and 7.45am

We are recruiting a reliable and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our service in Milton Keynes, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of individuals throughout the night within a calm and supportive residential environment.
What youll be doing:
* Supporting individuals overnight with personal care where required
* Carrying out regular welfare checks
* Ensuring safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night
* Responding appropriately to any needs or incidents
* Completing accurate handovers and daily records
What were looking for:
* Caring, calm, and reliable personality
* Ability to work independently during night shifts
* Commitment to a fixed working pattern
* Willingness to provide personal care
* Experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
