Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Location: The service encourages flexible working and believes that work is what you do not where you do it. The role will be based at Service Headquarters, Salisbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend any Service location for key activities, meetings and to deliver training approx. 2 3 days per week.

As the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Support Officer you will:
1. Network with internal and external stakeholders to promote and increase inclusion for all.
2. Provide a wide range of support to the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager, including the innovation and delivery of key initiatives.
3. Support the review of equality, diversity and inclusion policy and procedure in line with statutory responsibility and best practice.
4. Analyse data or information associated with Equality Diversity & Inclusion, identify trends and make recommendations.
5. Manage the People Impact Assessment (PIA) process, providing advice to managers and ensure that PIAs are completed effectively, updated when required and monitor the completion of identified actions.
6. Oversee the content and updating of EDI information on the Service website, Connect pages and publishing communications in line with our EDI communications plan.
