Joining us, you'll work across the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects, helping you develop skills to achieve your APC and become MRICS. Over 85% of our colleagues pass their first attempt at certification, well above the industry average of 51%.
A typical day may include:
* Contract/Commercial Management
* Cost Management
* Preparing, validating, and agreeing on interim and final accounts
* Monthly reporting
* Cost savings reporting
* Risk Management
* Estimating
* Contract Change Control
* Leading commercial/contract meetings
* Ensuring compliance with quality management systems
About You
We seek candidates with:
* Proven experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management on UK Infrastructure Projects
* Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
* HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or related field
* A passion for infrastructure, sustainability, and quality work
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
