The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Executry Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private client work and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing Confirmation applications and Inheritance Tax paperwork
* Correspondence and communications with HM Revenue and Customs
* Preparing executry accounts
* Preparing other relevant documentation, including Deeds of Variation
* Comply with Stronachs’ GDPR requirements
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a Private Client team is essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* A proactive and professional approach to work.
