What you'll do
1. Build & implement customer sales strategy aligned to company objectives
2. Identify and act on opportunities for growth.
3. Deliver customer specific brand/marketing activities
4. Maintain clear and regular communication channels with key stakeholders internally and externally
5. Build and manage strong departmental cross-functional relationships
6. Forecast and Track performance.
7. Deliver growth KPI’s of our premium beer & cider portfolio in GB.
8. Align on Performance & KPI tracking updates to internal & external peers.
9. Regular analysis of category information and align with Market Trends to drive customer engagement & our volumes within.
10. Available to travel throughout the UK as per business requirements.
About you
11. 2+ years’ experience in FMCG sales with a proven track record of success managing multiple national accounts
12. A strong career track record in Consumer Goods / FMCG
13. A background in working with Grocery customers
14. Data-driven with great mathematical and analytical skills
15. Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
16. Advanced Microsoft Excel
17. Strong knowledge of beer and cider, other drinks categories is an advantage
18. Demonstrable experience and success within sales is paramount.
