A critical component of this is our continued investment in our UK&I sales team. This job is a new position in Roomex, helping to onboard and grow new business accounts. We'll look to you to drive Roomex revenue forward by acquiring new customers to book their work-related hotel reservations through the Roomex platform. You will be working in a volume sales environment, leveraging a range of multi-channel selling tools - phone, web and social - to drive demand and exceed revenue targets. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual with experience a similar role and a "hunter" mentality. The chosen candidate will have experience in closing large accounts and a proven track record of presenting to C-Level executives. Preference will be given to candidates who have a strong UK based network of companies with significant travel spend. Key responsibilities: Generate new business through outbound prospecting. Identify and nurture target organizations in line with Roomex "Sweet Spot". Present the Roomex proposition as the preferred travel and expense solution for business. Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process. Guide the users through the initial stages of the booking process. Deliver on sales targets and KPI's. Understand the needs of our customers and articulate the value of Roomex. Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, current account activity and forecasts. Qualifications / Skills 4 years' experience in a similar role with phone sales a key element. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills required. Disciplined and structured approach to work. Determination and willingness to succeed. Hunter mentality to win new business and happy with outbound calling. Comfortable performing product demos both face to face and remotely via digital platforms. Self-sufficient with the ability to manage their own workload.
