This 12 Month Fixed Term Designer opportunity is responsible for creating and developing a commercial and fashionable range which meets customer and market requirements. You will lead the design team, inspiring, managing, coaching, and developing the Assistant Designer and Junior Designer. You will confidently lead the department's critical path to ensure timely delivery of samples and take full accountability for the product development from initial concept through to final product, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and brand direction.
Your role
As an experienced Baby/toddler designer, you will be accountable for creating and developing trend-led, commercial ranges to meet our customer and market requirements. You will lead the design team, inspiring, managing, and coaching junior members, along with building external relations with our supply partners.
Confidently lead the design critical path of the department to ensure timely delivery of samples, taking full accountability for the product development from initial concept through to final product, aligning with seasonal trends and the brand DNA.
