Hawkwood are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join an Index Ventures-backed, consumer-tech start-up on a fractional, part-time basis for a 3-month contract.
You'll operate in a standalone capacity, owning the entire recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of roles - primarily non-technical positions including Customer Support, Finance, Sales and more.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring priorities, source and manage candidates, and guide them through the interview process - right through to offer stage and onboarding.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining and updating the ATS and HRIS to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

What you'll be doing:
* Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and define hiring needs
* Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offers
* Prioritising hiring needs and recommending best hiring strategies
* Keeping the ATS updated and organised
* Helping shape a consistent and candidate-friendly recruitment process
* Working remotely, with occasional on-site meetings in London
What we're looking for:
* Solid experience in a standalone in-house recruitment or talent acquisition role
* Strong track record hiring across a variety of non-technical roles
* Comfortable operating with autonomy and managing multiple vacancies
* Confident stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
