We are currently looking to recruit a Heating Sales Surveyor in Rugby.
Custom Heat works predominantly across the private and domestic sector, our team are able to develop their skill and experience in a variety of settings with different customers; from projects at Windsor Castle through to the Aston Martin F1 team.
Custom Heat is seeking an experienced Heating Sales Surveyor to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will manage a high volume of high-quality inbound leads, focusing primarily on domestic heating projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent customer service and sales skills, conducting thorough surveys, providing accurate recommendations, and supporting customers through the sales to installation process. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in driving our business forward whilst delivering exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders.
The working week is Monday – Friday based from our Head Office in Rugby, Warwickshire – with the expectation of working on the road a minimum of 3 days per week.
To be suited for this role you must:
* Truly understand Heating Systems and ideally additionally understand Air Con/Heat Pumps, and installation labour requirements.
* Want uncapped earning potential driven by accuracy, professionalism and expertise.
* Think like an installer – not just someone ticking boxes.
We’d love to hear from you if:
* You have proven experience in a high-volume inbound sales role.
* You’re an existing or past engineer who wants to move into a sales role.
* You have experience working in sales in the construction industry.
* You have experience working with heating systems, heat pumps, air conditioning, and/or plumbing.
* You have an understanding in sales, surveying and material and labour rates.
How you would achieve a high earning potential:
* Base rate offered for each completed installation.
* Generous commission for accurately sold labour hours.
* Competitive Salary and High Earning Potential (OTE up to £70,000+ per annum).
