Hours & Shift Pattern 4‑week rotating shift pattern 5 days over 7, including weekends 39-42.5 hours per week depending on rota Shift times: 4:30pm - 1:30am & 5:30pm - 2:30am Job Duties: You will play a key part in keeping a modern fleet of 90 vehicles running smoothly and looking their best. Your responsibilities will include: Hand‑washing vehicles to a high standard Daily fuelling of buses Topping up coolant and engine oils Recording all fuel, coolant, and oil usage Reporting excessive usage or any exterior damage Carrying out fleet checks when required Interior cleaning when needed Skills & Experience Desired: Using industrial power‑washing equipment Working safely with cleaning chemicals A full driving licence is essential PSV/HGV licence is preferred but not essential What You will Receive £13.45 per hour shift allowance Company pension scheme Company sick pay (after qualifying period) 34 days annual leave including public holidays Additional yearly attendance holiday scheme Full PPE and training provided If you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to join a supportive team, Blue Arrow Recruitment would love to hear from you.
