Amazon is looking for a Support Engineer to be part of our global Operational Excellence team.
The team deploys, supports, and maintains software solutions that connect our low-level automation systems with the cloud, advancing Industry 4.0 and improving the Overall Equipment Effectiveness of our installations.

Key job responsibilities
* Review and test software solutions and new functionalities to ensure they are error-free and ready for production.
* Deploy software solutions to production facilities, remotely or on-site.
* Support our customers 24/7 as part of the support network.
* Manage trouble tickets through resolution or escalation using documentation, procedures, and tools.
* Maintain products and systems, perform change management activities, and update support documentation.
* Identify improvements to support processes and contribute to documentation updates.
About The Team
The Maintenance Automation Platform (MAP) Team ensures that machine-generated data leads to automated, proactive, and predictive maintenance actions. Our goal is to mature and unify core software tools into a comprehensive Maintenance Automation Platform.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
* Experience supporting software development for Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI).
* Flexible work schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
* Troubleshooting and debugging skills for technical systems.
* Experience with Unix.
* Scripting skills in modern programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as a Control Systems Engineer or Automation Engineer.
* Deep knowledge of SCADA systems, OEE systems, and AWS services.
