Our client is a main contractor delivering heavy civils work on HS2. Due to an increase in work, they require a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the delivery team on the project. The successful candidate will have to have experience working on NEC forms of contract and subcontractor management. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparation of project forecasting, contract management, cost control whilst working closely with the subcontractors, site team and client.
