Imagine Spending Christmas at Bents – and Getting Paid Too! We're hiring for Christmas Colleagues to join us for our magical Christmas Peak Season (September to December)! Join our team at Bents this festive season and become part of something truly special. Whether it’s helping a family pick out their perfect Christmas gift, or serving up festive favourites in our Winter Food Markets and Main Restaurant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the magic of Christmas to every customer. Shift patterns will include working full weekday shifts from 8am to 10pm across Monday to Sunday and all roles include working weekends. Hours vary and offer between 20 - 40 hours per week, working between 3 to 5 days per week. These roles meet National Minimum and Living Wages. The roles will be temporary fixed term starting dates commence from 1st September to early October until 31st December 2025. Unfortunately we are currently have no weekend-only and evening-only positions, we will retain your application should this change and update you during September, however at this stage we will be unable to proceed with your application. Assessment centres will take place on Friday 29th August, Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 10th September 2025. Please note all communication is done via email & we often find ourselves in junk filters too! Christmas Colleague Positions Available include - Dining Assistants – Winter Food Markets Step into your own Christmas hut in our covered outdoor area, where you'll prepare and serve festive favourites like loaded fries, yorkshire pudding wrap or a warming mulled wine. It’s a fast-paced, fun-filled environment where you'll be right in the heart of the seasonal buzz. ️ Dining Assistants – Main Dining Areas Bring festive cheer to our indoor dining spaces! Your day will include preparing your area, taking customer orders, serving food in your counter, or operating your till whilst delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Retail Assistants – Various Retail Departments Join our Retail teams and help create an unforgettable retail experience! Your responsibilities will include merchandising and restocking seasonal products, helping customers with purchases and festive gift idea and assisting at the tills with transactions and packing. What We’re Looking For Friendly, enthusiastic team players with a passion for great service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile. Comfortable working under pressure during busy trading days. Willingness to take on physically demanding tasks — especially in retail, where manual handling and lifting may be required.
