NHS Grampian is seeking a dynamic and passionate leader for the role of Clinical Lead for the Grampian Diabetes Managed Clinical Network (MCN). The position involves working 4 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until the end of March 2027.
Applicants should have knowledge and experience in Diabetes care services across Grampian, particularly in community settings. The role involves supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices, monitoring clinical standards, developing care pathways for equitable access, and contributing to strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will be motivating, engaging, and committed to improving Diabetes care in Grampian. Ability to work across organizations and manage change in a complex environment is essential. This post is open to all healthcare professions and will be placed on a medical or Agenda for Change salary scale as appropriate.
