Key Responsibilities:
* Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
* Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems
* Control access to premises and verify identification
* Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms appropriately
* Write detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents
* Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site policies
* Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders if necessary
Requirements:
* Valid SIA
* Strong observational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to remain calm and act quickly in stressful situations
* Excellent communication skills
* Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
* Previous experience in security or related field is an asset
