2. Work flexibly across community settings, including homes, schools, and Childrens Centres.
3. Support innovation and continuous improvement within the service.
This is a frontline role where your ability to build trust, work collaboratively, and deliver impactful support will be key to achieving better outcomes for children and families.

We are seeking someone who:
4. Has experience working with children and families to deliver preventative interventions.
5. Can lead and coordinate multi agency support and assessments.
6. Is flexible, values driven, and committed to continuous professional development.
7. Be part of a service aligned with national reforms and the Best Start for Life vision.
