Senior sales negotiator

Liverpool (Merseyside)
Regenda Group
Sales negotiator
Posted: 29 October
Offer description

* Annual salary of £32,500 (FTE) Plus uncapped commission
* Permanent role
* Full-time (35 hours) Mon-Fri - 1 in 4 Saturdays
* Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working (1 day working from home after a 3 month training period)

Please Note: We are not using recruitment agencies for this position. All applicants should apply directly through the Regenda Website. Any applications submitted through agencies will not be considered.

Proposed Interview Date: 14th November 2025

The role

As the Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll be a key player in the Sales team and act as the right hand to the Sales Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing a strong pipeline, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with both vendors and buyers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and take on more responsibility without the formal title of manager, perfect for someone with the drive to progress and who thrives in a premium property environment.

You will need to be confident and articulate with a proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in a fast-paced estate agency. Have the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Be highly motivated, target-driven and proactive in approach, being able to hit the ground running and handle a busy workload with ease. Valuation experience is a bonus, but not essential.

The right fit

* NAEA/ARLA/NFOPP Qualification
* Proven track record in a sales environment.
* Self-motivation to set high standards and embrace new challenges. Your passion for moving ahead – and bringing people with you – makes everyone feel part of something special.
* Ability to fully understand required outcomes and you make them happen by employing the resources, tools and actions that will deliver the right results, at the right time.
* Evidence of working flexibly and adapting to changing requirements.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
* You must hold a valid driving licence
