Were now looking for aSenior Asbestos Surveyorto join ourHazardous Materials team. This is afield-based role, with a particular focus in theLondon area,suited to an experienced surveyor who values quality, consistency, and professional integrity.
??What Youll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)
This is a senior, hands-on surveying role where your judgement and attention to detail directly support safer buildings and compliant project delivery.
Youll:
* Carry out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and inspection, includingmanagement, refurbishment, demolition surveys, andasbestos in the ground
* Accurately collect factual and numerical site data using a phablet device, generating clear, defensible reports through our award-winningNexGensystem
* Work fully in line with all relevant asbestos legislation and guidance, includingHSG264and wider HSE and construction requirements
* Maintain your personalQHSE documentationand adhere to internal assurance processes
* Provide a professional, courteous service to clients answering queries and offering clear technical advice and interpretation where required

??About You (Experienced, Reliable, Confident in Your Work)
You understand the responsibility that comes with senior surveying and you take it seriously.
Youll likely:
* HoldBOHS P402, RSPH equivalent qualifications, or a Certificate of Competence
* Have a strong working knowledge ofHSG264 (The Survey Guide)
* Hold afull UK manual driving licence
* Be flexible with travel and occasional out-of-hours working
* Work confidently on your own while remaining a dependable part of a wider team
* Bring a strong work ethic and a calm, professional approach to site work
