Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling of meetings
* Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management
* Provide administrative support including reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Coordinate tasks, follow up on action items, and maintain records
* Support customer communication and respond to enquiries professionally
* Assist with basic research and online tasks as required
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all assignments
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in common productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
