Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Bristol

Hours: 37.5 (07:30-16:00 or 09:00-17:30)

Hourly Rate: £12.65

Job Description:

Mitie is seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Bristol, representing our esteemed corporate client. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience for all guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, providing a 5-star service at all times.
2. Manage the client suite, including overseeing meeting rooms and the hospitality kitchen.
3. Coordinate catering services for meeting rooms, ensuring all requirements are met for client meetings and events.
4. Maintain a clean and organised reception area, reflecting the high standards of our corporate client.
5. Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
6. Assist with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
7. Ensure full reception uniform is worn to a high standard, representing Mitie and our client professionally.

Qualifications:

8. Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front-of-house role is essential.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
12. Proficient in using standard office equipment and software.
