Are you an experienced and passionate Children’s Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? Blackburn with Darwen Children’s Services, recently rated ‘Good’ in their full ILACS Ofsted inspection, are seeking a skilled Agency Social Worker to join their Safeguarding and Support team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and supportive team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex safeguarding, child protection and court work cases working collaboratively with multi-agency professionals.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in Safeguarding, Child Protection and Court Work
* SWE registered
* Car driver with access to a vehicle
* Experience with Protocol Liquid Logic is desirable, but not essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Working Arrangements
* Flexible hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week office-based
* Supportive team environment and access to resources
* Competitive hourly rate of £39.00 umbrella
