We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Summit team as a Business Development Executive. This is an in-person role located in our London office.


Key Responsibilities

* Help new and existing clients enhance and accelerate their business development process.
* Identifying and onboarding new clients to use our business development solutions.
* Give clients access to prospects across the targeted markets.
* Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
* Nurturing new and existing client relationships.


Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

* Exceptional Graduate with a min of a 2.1 or equivalent
* Positive attitude and able to handle rejection
* Eligibility to work in the UK is a must
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
* Demonstrable ambition, resilience, and a strong desire to build a successful career in a high-performance commercial environment.
* Evidence of achievement—whether academic, sporting, entrepreneurial, or extracurricular—is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

* Basic Salary: GBP 30,000 per annum plus an attractive uncapped commission structure.
