Key focus areas of the role itself and where you will spend the majority of your time:
1. Full Management of a number of customers in our Convenience channel, including Booker, Spar and Forecourts, on a day to day basis, to include budget planning, P&L, range review proposals, joint business plans, supporting with new line listings, delivering the promotional plan, working with supply chain on ensuring all ranged stores have stock, highlighting and addressing gaps, ensuring all products are correctly positioned and tagged online, forecasting, use of retailer systems and on-going promotional review.
2. You will attend external customer meetings and build a network of key contacts within the account base from supply chain, formats, merchandising, promotional planning, admin and the buyer. You will be expected to get out to store on a regular basis to ensure activity is happening and to review the competitor set.
3. You will also work with the category team to develop and optimise existing ranges and engaging sell-in stories for new products.
4. You will be working closely with the Shopper Marketing team to agree media spend and strategy in line with the above the line marketing plans
5. Your role is key in supporting the Impulse team in delivering the annual plans.
6. Working with a small team you will work across all business functions, operations, finance, marketing, customer service and NPD to deliver key grocery targets.

7. Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship)
8. Minimum Education to Bachelors Degree level
9. 2+ years Account Management Experience dealing with FMCG buyers
10. Results orientated and able to deliver account/channel targets
11. Numerate, understanding of P&L’s and margins with good attention to detail
12. Strong selling skills to win/influence buyers and internal teams
13. Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
14. Passion for health and well-being
15. Strong team player
