Part Time Graphite Project Support and Technical Minute Taker Location- Based in Gloucester with flexible working Contract Start Date- Mid September- Oct 2025 (vetting dependant) Vetting- BPSS Pay Rate- £18.18 Job Purpose: Part time professional project support and technical minute taker to join the Graphite Technology team. The key tasks within the role: Meeting organising and minutes for 4 different meetings (GAP, ONR level 3 and level 4 meeting, graphite governance and graphite oversight). Minutes Must be competent in capturing the notes 'in the moment' and asking for information to be repeated where required Notes must be captured accurately and in a timely manner Meeting agendas Calendar invite Action tracking Uploading/distributing documentation General admin supporting the 4 meetings above The role is part time and will be around 15-20hrs per week- ideally split over 3 (or maybe 4) days.
