One of my client is looking for an
HR system and Analytics consultant
able to join their company. They are a payment company and they strive to push the future of payments by partnering with carriers globally, ushering in a new era of mobile-enhanced payments.
Important information:
* the role is hybrid in London, 2-3 times per week at the office
* Duration of the contract: 12 month (might be extended)
* Type of contract: FTC or Contractor (outside IR35)
Key responsibility:
HR Systems and Integration
* Review and assess whether the current HRIS is fit for purpose, aligned to business needs and future growth
* Lead the end-to-end RFP process if a new system is required, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, and evaluation
* Project manage the implementation and migration to a new HRIS if selected, including planning, testing, rollout, and change communications
* Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to deliver a scalable and secure integration strategy
* Oversee data migration, testing, configuration, and rollout of system enhancements
* Ensure system stability and functionality across key processes including onboarding, payroll, performance, and compensation
Process Optimization and Efficiency
* Review and document current HR processes to identify automation opportunities
* Implement workflow solutions that reduce manual work and support future scaling
* Monitor system usage and adoption, and adjust configurations to ensure continuous improvement
* Partner with HR Shared Services to embed improvements that reduce future workload
Key Skills:
* Demonstrated experience delivering HRIS improvements and integrations (e.g. HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
* Strong understanding of HR operations and process design
* Experience building dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
* Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance in an HR context
* Proactive communicator with a user-focused approach to change
* Comfortable collaborating across HR, IT, and external vendors
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience in fast-growing or international businesses preferred
