What will you need to succeed?
* A strong desire to build a long-term career in financial advice
* Progress towards Level 4 Diploma qualifications (Minimum of RO1 already achieved)
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Highly motivated, ambitious, and coachable
* Resilient with a strong work ethic
* Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Full UK working rights
