Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and effective team management within budgetary guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
2. Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
3. Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
4. Recruit, train, manage, and develop the food and beverage team
5. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently
6. Manage budgets related to food, beverage, and staffing costs
7. Set and monitor departmental goals, schedules, and procedures
8. Collaborate on menu development with culinary team members
9. Conduct monthly stock takes and manage inventory
10. Motivate and incentivize team members to improve sales and performance
11. Conduct performance reviews and develop team members
12. Evaluate guest feedback for continuous improvement
13. Lead team communications and departmental meetings
14. Promote sustainable practices and environmental awareness
15. Support interdepartmental cooperation and uphold safety standards
