Overview
Data is at the heart of our decision making and our ability to understand the data and draw insights are critical. We are looking for an astute Web Analyst to help us collect and share insights with the business to improve the customer experience. Working with trading, product and UX teams, this role offers the chance to make a real impact to the business and join a high performing digital team.
Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office. What You Will Do
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support the business in understanding commercial and customer performance.
* Help with planning the rollout of self-serve Adobe analytics in key parts of the business.
* Identify gaps in our current tracking and work with external partners to implement, helping improve the business understanding of the customer journey.
* Support our Web Experimentation programme end-to-end; feeding test hypotheses, tracking performance, reporting results and driving next steps.
* Develop and support analysis and trade reports to provide ongoing insight and support self-serve.
* Translate data into actionable insights through storytelling techniques to all levels of stakeholders as required.
What We Are Looking For
* Good knowledge of the Adobe Analytics platform.
* Knowledge of analytics implementation.
* Highly numerate and able to distil insight from a complex data environment.
* Understanding of experimentation / CRO processes and tools.
* Ability to present insights verbally to various levels of stakeholders.
* Degree level or equivalent.
* A curious mindset, driving understanding rather than simply providing answers.
* Strong communication skills; an ability to positively express opinions and effect change.
* Strong data storytelling skills; able to tailor delivery to influence an audience.
