Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Lead, home based with required travel to client sites in the SW. The Clinical Lead will oversee the clinical care provided by the team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, mentoring and training staff, conducting clinical assessments, and supporting compliance with healthcare regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders to improve care outcomes and service delivery within the community.
Qualifications
* Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and health professionals
* Knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Clinical Research
* Proficiency in Training and mentoring healthcare staff
* Strong experience in conducting Research and applying evidence-based practices
* Leadership and management experience within the health and social care sector
* Thorough understanding of CQC/CIW regulations and high standards in care delivery
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a hybrid work environment
