This partnership enables us to work with patients holistically, focusing on the person rather than the "problem".
We are seeking to recruit an Addictions Clinical Nurse who will deliver specialist support to our patients at Achieve Bolton.
The successful candidate will provide a range of clinical interventions, including detox, blood-borne virus screening, vaccinations, administration of long-acting injectable opiates, and physical health investigations.
