What You’ll Do
* Act as a Proxy Product Owner within Agile squads, supporting the delivery of strategic KYC initiatives.
* Lead business analysis for onboarding, due diligence, and event-driven review processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document user stories, business requirements, and solution options.
* Support planning, roadmapping, and prioritization of change initiatives.
* Design and coordinate UAT and Front-to-Back testing, ensuring quality delivery.
* Maintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, and governance materials.
* Help define and track squad KPIs and benefits to ensure maximum value delivery.
* Coach junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in KYC, Client Due Diligence, or Client Lifecycle Management.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and process transformation.
* Proven ability to manage complex requirements and deliver change in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Experience in Agile delivery and writing user stories.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with Event Driven Reviews, KYC Refresh, and account opening processes.
* Awareness of international KYC regulations and industry best practices.
* Experience with in-house platform builds or migrations.
