The Governors at Willow Tree Primary School are seeking to appoint a caring, passionate, and highly motivated Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our successful, friendly, and inclusive school. The successful applicant will be part of the Early Years team and will work alongside teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator to support identified children in their learning. We are committed to providing high-quality education and professional development, fostering a community of curious, respectful, and aspirational individuals.
The role involves supporting teaching staff during outside learning sessions and providing lunchtime supervision.
The ideal candidate will need to:

* Provide quality interactions with children and promote purposeful play
* Show flexibility and use initiative to improve outcomes for all children
* Support children with Special Educational Needs

Previous experience in the Foundation Stage, along with knowledge of phonics, the Foundation Stage Profile, and curriculum, is highly desirable.
