Manage and grow a portfolio of international customer accounts. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports. Work closely with operations, finance, and procurement teams to deliver seamless account management. Provide excellent service and long-term value to customers. Requirements Proven experience in sales account management (B2B preferred). Previous team leadership or supervisory experience. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Commercial awareness and confidence in working with numbers. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). IT literacy, including CRM systems, Excel, and MS Office.
