Your Role as a Pharmacy Retail Co-Ordinator
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to implement merchandising strategies and optimise product placement.
* Drive sales through effective promotions, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
* Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the retail space.
* Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as necessary, and mitigating loss.
* Train and support retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a retail management or co-ordinating role, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals and high customer service standards.
* Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* An aptitude for merchandising and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
* Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capacity to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.

This is a full-time position, with flexible working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
