We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our global hiring strategy, create forward-thinking talent processes, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. As a strategic partner to business leaders and HR, you will lead the design and execution of innovative, data-informed hiring practices that support our current and future workforce needs. From optimising recruitment technology to building inclusive talent pipelines, you will be key to ensuring we attract and retain the very best talent across our global markets. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align talent acquisition strategies with workforce plans. Lead sourcing strategies for critical roles and build strong, diverse talent pipelines. Champion early careers programs, internships, and graduate recruitment. Integrate talent intelligence and psychometric assessments into hiring processes. Candidate Experience Deliver a seamless, inclusive and engaging candidate journey aligned with our brand and values. Promote structured interviewing and best practices that reduce bias and improve hiring quality. Process Excellence & Innovation Lead continuous improvement of global recruitment processes and tools. Optimise the use of our ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and internal policies. Data & Insights Track and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time to hire, offer acceptance). Leverage data to drive decisions and share insights with senior stakeholders. Training & Enablement Support hiring manager capability through training and ongoing development. Collaborate with Talent Development to create effective learning programs. What We're Looking For Proven experience in talent acquisition across various functions and levels. Expertise in scaling or transforming hiring practices in complex/global environments. Experience with Workday and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus. Passion for continuous improvement, inclusive hiring, and exceptional candidate experience.
