Senior Lift Engineering Consultant
RPS is seeking an experienced Senior Lift Engineering Consultant to join our team and provide consultancy services in South London and Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career by delivering high-quality engineering solutions for various projects.

We deliver projects across sectors such as residential, logistics, retail, aviation, healthcare, education, manufacturing, data centres, and energy. Our focus is on balancing sustainability, materiality, cost, and constructability, leveraging digital tools to enhance client engagement from concept to completion.

Role Responsibilities:
* Designing lift systems
* Reviewing proposals and drawings
* Assessing risk and safety documentation
* Participating in pre-start meetings
* Managing lift and escalator projects (new installations and replacements)
* Contract and account management
* Investigating incidents
* Witnessing testing procedures
* Conducting safety and maintenance audits
* Performing traffic analysis and calculations
* Developing specifications
* Supporting maintenance and compliance projects
* Troubleshooting and occasional LOLER examinations
* Procurement activities
Candidate Profile:
Applicants should have NVQ3 or NVQ4 Lift Engineering qualification and extensive technical experience with various manufacturers' equipment. Previous consultancy or senior project management experience is preferred.
