We’re seeking a Campaigns Executive to join our growing campaign delivery team. You’ll work closely with internal teams and influencers to ensure the smooth execution of social media and influencer campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate should be confident in their influencer and creator knowledge, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone eager to learn, contribute to an inclusive culture, and grow within the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Delivery:
* Support the execution of multi-channel influencer campaigns, ensuring they align with client and campaign objectives.
* Assist in ensuring campaigns are delivered to agreed timelines, budgets and deliverables.
* Influencer and Creator Management:
* Conduct proactive research to identify, and engage suitable influencers and creators.
* Manage outreach, contracting, briefing, and ongoing communications.
* Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, campaign-specific content.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
* Campaign Coordination:
* Work on multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
* Maintain and update campaign trackers, keeping line managers, campaign leads, and account managers informed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
* Monitoring & Reporting:
* Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
* Report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
* Diversity & Inclusion:
* Actively research and engage Disabled and inclusive influencers to ensure campaigns are representative and inclusive.
* Stay updated on trends in the Disabled influencer community and social media platforms.
* Continuous Learning & Industry Awareness:
* Keep up-to-date with social media, influencer marketing trends, and emerging creators.
* Contribute ideas to enhance campaign creativity and effectiveness.
* Agency Culture:
* Work collaboratively within a supportive and inclusive team environment.
* Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and enthusiasm for growth within the agency.
Required Experience to Apply:
* Previous experience working with influencers and managing campaign communications.
* Experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident using spreadsheets, formulas, and Google Workspace tools.
* Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing metrics (impressions, reach, engagement), and the disabled community.
* Copywriting experience is advantageous.
