The Role: We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor who loves variety, and isn’t afraid to take the lead. This is a hybrid role (max 2 days a week in the office - less days, once inducted) which involves liaising with the US head office. This is a ‘hands on’ / stand alone end ot end HR role

* Be the go‑to HR expert for UK & EU teams
* Run end‑to‑end recruitment across a fast‑growing organisation
* Deliver slick onboarding and own HR systems & compliance (rights to work etc)
* Support performance, coaching, and ER
* HR/ Onboarding admin
* Work across UK & U.S. time zones when needed
* Help roll out a brand‑new various ~HR projects including a new HRIS system
* Occasionally visit the office in NE England

* Proven HR/ end to end ER Advisor experience
* Confident recruiter & relationship‑builder
* Organised, solutions‑focused and great under pressure
* Comfortable working independently and flexibly
