Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and resilience
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and other professionals to support pupils holistically
* Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress and behaviour in line with school policies
* Promote pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development alongside academic progress
* Participate in professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education
* A deep understanding of the challenges faced by pupils with special educational needs
* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
* Patience, creativity, and a commitment to inclusive education
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs
* A passion for helping pupils achieve their potential both academically and personally
