Senior Lettings Coordinator Overview
This key position plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants, from application through to move-in. Your main responsibilities will include managing compliance for all move ins, preparing tenancy agreements, and serving as the primary contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the application process. You will also have the opportunity to further your career by taking industry exams, fully funded by the company.
Senior Lettings Coordinator Responsibilities
* Taking responsibility for ensuring compliance EICR, GSC, EPCs, FIRE SAFETY and PAT
* Progressing tenancy applications for multiple offices
* Adhering to internal and legal procedures from application to move-in
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Leading the tenancy coordination team to ensure excellent customer service
* Conducting daily morning meetings to support the coordination team
* Promptly liaising with the New Business team for properties needing remarketing
* Preparing and overseeing tenancy agreements, primarily via e-signature
* Weekly reporting to the Director of Existing Business on tenancy coordination status
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven success in tenancy coordination
* Motivated to exceed personal targets
* Quick learner, responsible, and success-driven
* Excellent communicator with a confident phone manner
* Accurate, numerate, and computer literate
* Strong team player with leadership skills
* ARLA qualification preferred; training and funding provided within 6-12 months
