Tara Professional Recruitment is working in partnership with a thriving, forward-thinking Welsh-medium primary school in the Welshpool area. We are seeking an inspirational and dedicated teacher to join a passionate team that values creativity, inclusion, and high standards in education.
This part-time role offers 3 days per week, with potential to develop into a full-time position as the school continues to grow. You will be part of an environment that prioritizes pupil well-being, supports professional development, and places the Welsh language at the heart of its identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons through the medium of Welsh

Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in line with national frameworks
*
Work alongside teaching assistants, parents, and wider agencies to support pupil development
*
Uphold high standards of behavior and learning across the curriculum
*
Contribute to whole-school development and curricular innovation
Essential Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Proven ability to teach in Welsh
*
Enhanced DBS clearance and safeguarding checks
*
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Desirable:
*
Experience across the primary age range
*
Understanding of the Curriculum for Wales
*
Skills and experience in leading enriched or extra-curricular activities
