Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care | Leicester | Full Time | £35,000 – £38,000 DOE Mileage Our client is a Family owned and run home care service provider operating in England and Scotland. Registered in 2015, the company started operations in Leicestershire before expanding into Scotland and now also includes Cambridgeshire. They are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager, based in Leicester, to support the development and management of home care services across England. This is an immediate start position to take over from the current registered manager. You will be required to register with CQC. Are you the right person for the job? Experienced and passionate leader within domiciliary or home care services Hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) At least 6 months management experience in domiciliary care Confident in managing teams and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations Forward-thinking, commercially minded, and committed to promoting choice and independence for service users Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What will your role look like? Oversee and manage day to day home care services across Leicester, Derbyshire, and Cambridge Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager Lead, motivate, and support care teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care Work collaboratively with Directors and Senior Managers to grow and develop the business Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and quality standards Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture What can you expect in return?
