Key Responsibilities: * Accurately measure and mix sealants, filler materials and paints to specified ratios. * Apply primers, topcoat paints and spray coatings to components in line with required standards. * Carry out basic masking tasks and minor filling to ensure a high-quality cosmetic finish. * Prepare and rub down surfaces prior to painting. * Work effectively as part of a team, supporting projects and contributing to continuous improvement activities. * Flexible to meet business needs, including working different shift patterns when required. * Willingness to learn correct work documentation procedures and develop knowledge of parts and processes during the training period. * Take ownership for the quality and accuracy of your own work, ensuring compliance with standards. * Safely meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation and parts control.
